Please Read In Full Before Submitting Your Classified Ad

Classified ads may ONLY be submitted by current members. All ADS are $10.00 each. The member’s name, membership number and phone number MUST accompany the classified ad request.

All ads must be received by the fifteenth of each month (two and one-half months prior to published date).  Example:  Ads received by January 15, 2008 will appear in the April, 2008 magazine.

All ads must comply with one of the five (5) following categories:
Classic Chevy for Sale
Classic Chevy Wanted
Classic Chevy Parts for Sale
Classic Chevy Parts Wanted
Classic Chevy Services

Parts for Sale and Services ads must be signed “SG” (satisfaction guaranteed or your money refunded).

All classified advertising must be typed and submitted via postal service with full payment to the below address or submitted online.

Parts for sale are to be original used, NOS or restored. Membership numbers must be written after your name along with a complete mailing address (phone numbers and email addresses are optional.)

When submitting more than one ad, (Classic Chevy Parts for Sale, Classic Chevy Wanted, etc.) please submit each ad on a separate sheet of paper and indicate in writing which heading it is to go under, (example: Classic Chevy Wanted, Classic Chevy Parts for Sale, etc.) Each ad will be limited to 20 lines (approximately 100 words) and each member is only allowed one ad per category per month. Ads will be shortened if necessary to fit within our format. Ads not following these guidelines may be returned for correction or omitted from publication.

The following types of ads will NOT be accepted: ads for vehicles other than ’55-1972 Classic Chevy, ads for car-related items or paraphernalia (i.e. hats, business cards, glasses, T-shirts, pictures, etc.), or business ads. Classifieds are meant to be used by members personal use only; any ads submitted that are of a retail nature will not be published.

Your Classified ad must be received at headquarters by the 15th of each month, 2 1/2 months prior to publication date. For example, if you wish for your ad to appear in the April issue, we must have your ad at Classic Chevy / Worldwide Camaro by January 15th. Ads arriving January 16th will appear in the May issue. Some ads arriving shortly before the deadline might be delayed to the next issue due to unavailable space. Ads will not run twice. Ads must be re-submitted each month, meeting our deadlines and guidelines, which may be subject to change from time to time.

Chevy Classics Club is not responsible for typographical errors, quality of merchandise, pieces, or transactions. Classified advertising is offered only as a service to members. Eckler’s Chevy Classics is in no way responsible for the merchandise advertised.

SG policy is only good for 30 days. A purchaser must make initial contact with the seller within 30 days of receipt of part(s) to make any arrangements for refund or exchange. If initial contact is not made within 30 days, the seller will not be held responsible for purchaser’s dissatisfaction.
