1968 Corvette Drivetrain Identification

Tech Tip The 1968 Corvette model year was the most prolific due to the fact of the radical change in body style and interior from the 1967 model year.  The 1968 Corvette seems to have been pegged as a “problem” car in Corvette circles because of the amount of ink it received for minor flaws and assembly line errors.  Basically, the 1968 Corvette was not as well liked by the press and general public.  This was probably due to the fact that the 1967 Corvette was such a tough act to follow.  This mentality continues in the Corvette industry today.
