Big…Bad…Biscayne? Not words that I usually put together. As most of you know, the Biscayne was the bare-bones, basic big Chevy that was a down-market model of the Impala for those on a budget. Chevy didn’t offer many luxury options on the Biscayne, as they were primarily targeting the fleet vehicle market with them. Chevy did however, offer their full line of big-block engines, and with the right option boxes checked you could wind up with a factory hot rod.
