I have been interested in Tri-5 Chevys since I was 12 years old. That was when my Dad introduced me to a fuel-injected 1957 hardtop at a local show. It’s been “Tri-5-true love” ever since! So, I bought a ’57 4-door at the age of 13, cleaned it up, did some body and engine work, and sold it to buy a ’55 Hardtop. I wanted a ’57, but they were really popular at the time and all I could afford (being in high school) was the ’55. That car was (and still is) my baby. I drove it in high school, college, and on many dates with my future wife, and yes– complete with wide white wall bias ply tires!
