First Chevy Classics International

Experiencing your first Chevy Classics show can be both gratifying and educational.

I purchased this 1956 Chevrolet Bel-Air convertible about four years ago. The factory colors are Harbor Blue and Nassau Blue. I’d owned two other ’56s when I was younger, so I was looking forward to owning another one. The thing that finalized the deal was the two four-barrel carburetors – very rare. This was the first year for the two four-barrels and the fact that it was a convertible didn’t hurt either! The combination made this classic even more rare. I had never owned a convertible before.
