There are three givens in the rural south that make up the perfect weekend: Friday night high school football, Saturday night dirt track racing, and Sunday dinner after church. Many men and women race in cars at break neck speeds on the clay oval tracks, but the real stars of the show are the modified cars with modified engines, wide racing tires, and loud open exhaust. Now that’s entertainment!
