No more trips to the dump

My wife and I purchased property at Lake Anna, in Central Virginia, in 1995 and started clearing the lot and building our retirement home.  I needed a truck for light hauling of building supplies, but mostly for trips to the dump.  I’ve been a Chevy owner since the 1960’s, owning several classics along the way, but never had a truck.  I thought this would be a great opportunity to buy a classic Chevy pickup; something not show quality; that I would not be afraid to use and get dirty; and something that would hold its value or appreciate over time.
