Ron Gunderson’s Corvette Gives Thanks to the U.S. Military When my son Jason joined the Marines almost 15 years ago, I wanted to do something patriotic to show my support. Since we’re both car guys, I decided to have an American flag airbrushed over my 1967 Corvette. I named it the “Spirit of America,” and dedicated it to Jason and to all our military and their families.
