Phil’s 57 150 was purchased in ’78 from a neighbor who was retiring it from local drag strip use. Before selling the car to Phil, barely out of Highschool, the seller wisely replaced the full race 427 with a mild mannered 396. Phil confesses that it may have been a wise move.
