David Redding’s ’60 Impala Attains Immortality Many things get handed down from one person to another, and on rare occasions, it’s the family car. This particular hand-me-down is a 1960 Chevrolet Impala, currently owned by David Redding, which started life as a 90-day demonstrator. David’s neighbor from across the street was a Chevrolet Zone manager and this was his ride. That is also how a youthful David first encountered the car. David has been into cars for as long as he can remember. His initial interest started just down the street from his home, where a neighbor used to work
